Return & Repair

(i) Warranty Coverage

If any defects in workmanship or materials appear, we offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

(ii) Repair or Replacement

If a product is found to be defective under this warranty, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Repolish the product
  • Replace it with another product of the same or equivalent value

(iii) Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover products damaged due to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse
  • Unauthorized repair attempts
  • Negligence
  • Mishandling
  • Accidents

(iv) Warranty Period

All repairs, repolishing, or replacements covered under this warranty are provided free of charge for the first 5 years from the purchase date.

After the 5-year warranty period, any repair or replacement services will be chargeable.

(v) 100% Buy-Back Exchange Offer

We offer a 100% Buy-Back Exchange after 3 years based on the original invoice value.

  • Cash refunds are not available.
  • This is a one-time exchange offer.

(vi) Buy-Back Eligibility

The Buy-Back Exchange Offer can be availed only once.

(vii) Proof of Purchase

Please present the original purchase bill or warranty card at the time of exchange.
