A:Thewa word means “Setting” , This is an art of making jewellery.

Which is 400 years old. In this art 23K Gold foil is used , hand carved with fine tools and then fused with colored glass, by giving heat and pressure.Then this glass is cutted in various shapes, and framed in a pure 925 silver case, with 3 micron Gold Plating, and protected with E-Coating.

Then we design and bead it with pure gemstones like rubies , pearls, garnet, lapis etc..

Q2:How is it Priced?

A: The Price of Thewa Jewellery Does not depend on gold and silver involved.

It is priced according to the size, and time taken to make 1 piece and intricacy of work done on glass.

Q3: Can we Custom Our Designs and Colors?

A: If you have a particular design in mind, and we don’t have it listed on our site or social media feel free to contact us on 9351511707 and our design consultant will get back to you.

Q4:Do you have stores? Can I visit ?

Q5:Does all Jewellery Accompanied with a Certificate?

A: Yes, we have all our jewellery certified by IGT Laboratory.

Q6:How can I get My Jewellery Repaired and Replating ?

A:  We cover free plating service within 5 years of time of purchase.

After 5 years, you can get it replaced on nominal charges.

Repair of any beading or wiring is free of cost, for any period of time.

For both things , you can visit the store or you can contact our team if you are out of station.

We will pick up and repair, replace your piece and send it back by courier.

Q7: How do I care My Thewa Jewellery ?

A: –Do not use cleaners, boiling water on Thewa Jewellery, this can have a damaging effect on the plating.

–Wear your jewellery after you have applied perfume, hand cream, hairspray etc.

–Avoid immersion in water, always remove it before bathing and swimming.

–Store Thewa Jewellery in Soft Plastic airtight pouches and then in any box. To prevent Gold Plating for longer period of time

–DO NOT STORE DIRECTLY IN VELVETT ,COTTON, CLOTH  OR OPEN IN ANY BOX.

Q8: Is All Thewa Jewellery Handcrafted ?

A: Yes, All Thewa jewellery is handcrafted hence no two pieces can never be identical.

Q1: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

A: Yes ,you need to contact us and we will try our best to change the address.

Q2:Can I ship my order to an international location?

A:We do ship internationally that will be charged extra ,while we take care of the shipping and insurance, the import duty applicable will have to be borne by you on arrival of the product.

Q3:Is there any way to hasten the delivery time?

A: Yes, we can ship your orders on priority basis through known courier companies.

Q4:What is the estimated delivery time?

A: Our products are individually handcrafted – as soon as you place your order we begin creating your piece of art. This takes anywhere from 3-4 weeks so you can expect your order within a month of it being placed. Our team will also constantly be in touch with you – updating you about the progress and when you can expect delivery.

Q1: How do I make a return or exchange?

A: We offer a 100% buy back (exchange) offer after 3 years of use of your jewellery.

You can get it exchanged, in the same bill amount, you have purchased.

Q2: Is there any cash return on reselling?

A:No we don’t give any CASH in return.

Q3:What if I cancel any order?

A: Any Orders booked with advance payment are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
